The Arcade

“Some accounts refuse to sit still on a shelf. These ones want playing. I keep them here, running, and I do not pretend they are finished when they are not.”

Morgierra: Survivor

Stand in the open and let them come

A short, violent account. You will not survive it the first time, and I have stopped pretending otherwise. Come back and it will go differently.

A horde survivor set across the worlds. Sixteen weapons, sixteen creatures, and twenty-five minutes between you and whatever is waiting at the end of them.

In development. Heading for Steam as a full release, with a free demo.

  • Sixteen weapons, sixteen creatures, and a boss at fifteen minutes.
  • Releases 28 August 2026. The Steam page is live and it can be wishlisted.

Morgierra Idle

The work continues whether you watch it or not

This one runs while you are elsewhere, which I find agreeable. I have always preferred a thing that keeps working when nobody is looking at it.

An idle RPG: skills, gear, creatures, and a camp that grows while you are away. Mechanically complete; its art is being replaced.

In development. Art in replacement.

  • Skills, gear, creatures, and a camp that grows while you are away.
  • Mechanically complete. Its art is being replaced with our own before it is finished.

What is coming

Written down so it is a promise and not a mood.

Survivors is being built toward Steam Early Access. When there is a page to send you to, it will be on this wall, and not before - I will not point you at a door that does not exist.

Idle is mechanically whole and waiting on its own art. What you can play of it wears borrowed pictures, credited where they are used; they are placeholders, and they will not be in the finished thing.

Both cabinets here are open for testing, not for judgement. When they are ready to be judged, I will say so plainly, and the wording on this wall will change.
